Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoundForge Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
SoundForge Studios provides jingle production, commercial music composition, audio branding, and related audio production services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information and creative briefs
- Respond to revision requests in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Provide necessary approvals within specified timeframes
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to commence work
- Final payment due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise stated
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete commercial rights to the final audio product. SoundForge Studios retains the right to use completed work in portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions and Changes
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes require a new project agreement.
7. Project Timeline
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Rush services are available at additional cost.
8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed to date will be billed according to the project agreement.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and business information. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
10. Limitation of Liability
SoundForge Studios' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in Davao City courts.
